SHIPPING TIME:

Shipments are made in two different ways depending on the stock of the products ordered:

• Products in stock: will be sent to the destination within 48 hours after proof of payment is received. You will receive your order in a range of three to eight days after purchase.

• Products on order: the average shipping time of these packages is 30 days (20-40 days according to circumstances).
If the buyer acquires an order of "in-stock" and "products on order", all products will be shipped together when the "products on order" are ready.
When ordering, the buyer shall indicate the specific location of delivery. The order will be delivered to the address provided. PowerKan is not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address, if this error is due to the information provided by the Buyer.
Orders are delivered to the address provided on the estimated schedule. If the deadlines could not be met, the Factory PowerKan would contact the Buyer to inform and propose different options.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

PowerKan allows you to choose the payment method that suits you, at no additional cost and with maximum security in transactions.You choose! If your shopping is made from Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic or Canary islands or from European Union, check first the shipping terms.
  
Credit or debit cards are the payment system that we recommend using. Why?

• It's quick and easy: you just need to have your card at hand.

• We accept most credit and debit cards on the market.

• You should not pay commissions or fees nor extra costs for your purchasing.

• Payment is totally secure: the encrypted information is transmitted from your computer to the bank that handles the transaction. PowerKan will never see your card number or save this information.

• Automatic Cancellation: If any incident occurs during the payment by Card, the transaction is canceled and we do not charge you anything.

Wire transfer. If you prefer to pay for your purchase by bank transfer, you must follow these steps:

• Start your purchase on the web by adding to your cart the items you wish to purchase. When ready, check the list and press "Pay".
• A screen where indicated the order number and payment methods will appear. Select "Bank Transfer" option.
• You will receive an email with your order number and the total cost of the purchase. while making the transfer, you must indicate the order number as "Concept" and transfer the exact cost of your purchase to the account IBAN: ES30 3058 5305 7627 2000 4754.
• Once we receive the transfer in our account, we will process the order. This process can take from 2 to 3 days depending on the speed with which the bank manages the transaction, this does not depend on PowerKan. For this reason, we recommend paying by card.
IMPORTANT: The fees that the bank may charge for admission or transfer are not discounted from the costs of the purchase, the customer must pay these fees.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PowerKan under the following conditions:

- The return must be reported within five working days after the date you received the package.
- All items should include the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping both ways, except in cases of defective material.
- The purchase of items On Sale or custom products do not allow returns or exchanges.
- All returns and exchanges must be sent back with shipping costs pre-paid.
